MISTER RETRO ORDER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
 
SOFTWARE RETURN POLICY

All sales on Downloadable software are final and will not be refundable. Only defective software may be returned. All returns must take place within 30 days from date of purchase and may only be exchanged for the SAME item. If the wrong font format is ordered it can be easily exchanged, you may contact Mister Retro at orders@misterretro.com for further instructions on software returns.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

Returns will be accepted for 30 days after invoice date. Ship returns to: Mister Retro Returns, c/o Font Diner, 3224 Anric Drive, Eau Claire, WI 54701. Include with the returned merchandise your reason for return or exchange and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on your order invoice. To request and RMA number, e-mail us.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges, unless otherwise instructed by Mister Retro. Please use a shipping company that can track packages, as Mister Retro is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Once your merchandise has arrived and been processed a credit will be applied to your credit card or new merchandise will be shipped.

DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE

After credit card is approved, software will be available for download immediately as well as an HTML link e-mailed to you. If you do not receive access to software download area within 30 minutes please contact Mister Retro.

MERCHANDISE AND SOFTWARE

All packages will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Merchandise will be shipped within 10 (ten) business days from date order is received. In most cases it will be send out within 48 hours from the time we receive your order.
